anyone see they called off the search. This is just sad that the mining company uses practices that are so dangerous they can't even continue a rescue effort when something goes wrong. I feel for the familys of the trapped miners and my thoughts and prayers go out to them.

Why don't they send teams down (when mining, not rescuing) with some kind of beaconing device or transmitter?
