I have been looking through the forum and there are people saying play 2 categories at once and others saying do as many as desired. Could someone please give me some info as to what I should do? (I would like to do more than 2 and have them going as long as possible to hopefully obtain the best result)

Just try one category first and see if it works. If it does, good, you can proceed with another. If it doesn't, try to find tips in this forum. It can help you with subliminal programming.

You could try to encapsulate everything you want from one category into a couple of sentences, then you can use multiple categories that way, makes things more simple.
