hi, i am new to Subliminal Flash so i am only starting using it. i will be thankful for any experiences you have using it - how it works for you, how effectively it works for you, how long and often are you practicing to feel the results, how many affirmations you recommend to use etc etc. thanks a lot for every post.

I don't know. I'm using it right now. I have it giving me motivational subliminal messages. I think it may be working because I usually take a nap in the afternoon, but instead I did things that were productive. This may be just because of a placebo effect or it may be due to the actual messages themselves. I think it is a combination of both.

It works, have faith and patience. Most people expect immediate result, then when they didn't get it, they will stop using it. I'm not sure how long the trial runs, but if it runs for 7 days then utilize it 100 percent. If you start noticing changes (which very often occurs to everyone) then you can proceed for the unlimited usage version. Before you start using it, convince yourself, if it works for others and has been proven from time to time, it will work for you too.

I'm trying a demo of another subliminal flash and I am expecting it to work on my subconscious, I'm noticing myself getting into situations where girls are always checking me out etc.... this is no doubt due to the subliminals, because even though some of my beliefs are still the same, I'm seeing alot of the images that I have put into the image folder of the subliminal program.

It really depends on the person I guess.
