| Hey what do you guys think of adam sandler and his movies. Him and his movies to me are hillarious but my friend doesn't seem to find his antics very much. I love his movie the longest yard and found the movie click to be pretty good when my friend thought the movie was awful. What do you guys think? |

I too like Adam, in tolerable doses. I loved "The Wedding Singer" and "Waterboy" and I have actually heard versions of "Piece of S--- Car" and the "Chaunaka Song" at my local karaoke lounges. Hilarious.
More sinister perhaps are his comedy albums with contents like "At a Medium Pace". I had a roomate who was a mobile DJ at weddings. A couple of the groomsmen thought it would be cute to request the song, in honor of the Bride. My roomie didn't do an advance screening of the song, and it ended up being not so funny. The Bride left the dance floor crying...
My chum apologized profusely, and has never played the song again...
What we listen to in the privacy of our own homes is one thing, inflicting it on the unsuspecting is quite another... |

My how we differ
He's awful!
Couldn't pay me to attend one his films.
(Well, maybe if it was enough for a year's subscription to films with someone like Kevin Kline.)
Even Shrek was cuter!

We watched "Click" during the Holidays.
Even if it's supposed to be a comedy, this movie is so moving...
Everybody was crying.

Lol I agree, Click taught me totally by surprise!! That was probably the closest I have ever been to crying in a theater, it was so sad. My friend was bawling her eyes out at the end. But on the whole, I love Adam Sandler and his movies. _________________ you know |

I think he does the same thing in each of his movies where he is shouting in a weird way. It is like his signature thing. But other than that I totally enjoy his movies. _________________ To live is to learn to Die. |
